Each delivery truck is well maintained; minimizing breakdowns and delays of deliveries. They are also fully refrigerated, keeping an average cooling temperature of 37 degrees; regulated by USDA standards. Pre-cooling the trucks before loading maximizes shelf life and product quality while securing the integrity of your delivery.
Orders are taken twice a week, Sundays and Wednesdays, in preparation for the commute to the Atlanta Farmers Market on Mondays and Thursdays. Foster Produce strives for continued growth and often works directly with local farmers within the region. Although purchasing derives mostly from the Market in off-season, local produce is purchased when ready crops are available.
